*Atlantic Broadcasting purchased these stations in June 2008, entered into a Local Marketing Agreement with the current owner Access.1 Communications while waiting for approval of license transfer by the Federal Communications Commission. Atlantic Broadcasting took full control upon FCC approval on October 16, 2008.

Resources Used For Account Executive Opening
On Air Announcement
Director of Sales recorded a 60 second announcement in regards to our
openings in Sales. This source yielded 11 candidates including 2 candidates
that were hired.

Outreach Initiatives
1. WTKU morning announcer Joe Ricci and Director of Sales Mike Kazala
traveled to Joe’s alma mater, Broadcasting Institute of Maryland in
Baltimore on March 3. They conducted a lecture on opportunities in radio
followed by a question and answer session.
In regards to outreach in the general community we conducted tours, lectures
and demonstrations to the following:

On October 16, 2008 Joe Borsello, WJSE on-air personality participated
in the Egg Harbor Township High School’s Career Speakers Seminar.
Joe spoke on careers in radio.
Atlantic Broadcasting held Job Fair on January 29, 2009 at the Residence Inn
in Somers Point.
